Globe-trotting Amit is a well-recognized Talent Development Professional who is deeply passionate and committed to the cause of Learning with key focus on Learning Reinforcement and Impact (measurement).
Until May 2016, Amit was responsible in leading the Training Function of Infosys BPM as Head of Training and Capability Development. After a fulfilling and enriching decade at Infosys BPM In June 2016, Amit established his dream Talent Development practice which he calls as Pursuitica Learning Solutions LLP. The name Pursuitica comes from Pursuit+ Curiosity+ Action which has been Amit’s credo all his working life.
Amit brings in experience of 30 years as a Manager / Leader / Entrepreneur, distributed across – 10 Years in the Sales and Education industry and 20 years in the domain of Business Process Operations Management and Training in organizations such as Glaxo (GSK), NIS/NIIT, GE (GENPACT), Wipro BPO/BPM, Cognizant and Infosys BPO/BPM. Amit has led large teams in scaling up Business Operations in Life and Health Insurance, Credit Card Operations, Technical support and Customer Service processes before venturing into the Training and Development space, which he finds very enriching, fulfilling and fuels his passion around enhancing capabilities.
